his herb garden to discuss growing herbs for use in cooking. Then he
takes you to his herbal pharmacy to teach you about four groups of
Chinese herbs to incorporate into your food: chi tonics, blood tonics,
yang tonics, and yin tonics.
Finally he'll take you into his kitchen and show you how to incorporate Chinese herbs and western herbs into your cooking. Then I get to eat the delicious results with him.
