Then she gives a list of books that you can use to increase your herbal IQ. Rosemary also talks about the importance of ceremony in producing good results from herbal remedies. And she regale’s you with many stories of her life with herbs. In the materia medica segment of the second DVD, Rosemary discusses these herbs that can be important for family health: chamomile, linden, nettle, valerian, California poppy, echinacea, hawthorn, turmeric, ginger, cayenne, licorice, lemon balm, passionflower, and yarrow.
